The Higgins-Shipman Air Force or HSAF, is the personal flight squadron of the Higgins-Shipman Corporation. As the Sega Hard War forced the private sector of Gamindustri to develop their very own military forces, every vehicle manufacturer has at least 2 military divisions. Before starting it's own defense force, Higgins-Shipman made a research on finding the best pilots and soldiers, providing them with their own units. This research led the corporation to the Planeptune Combat Unit 215 "Neptunian Claw", a team of expert aces and former "Operation Vapor Trail" pilots, it's known as the best and fiercest squadron ever known. With 80% of the squad members drafted, Higgins-Shipman formed it's personal Air Force, the HSAF Combat Team No.215"
